Watercolour
is how the painter will paint the pink and the blue and the purple.
It is how the sky changes colours, all through the day.
The sky works with the moon and the sun.
It’s tiring, isn’t it?

Watercolour is in everything,
From art to nature to distance,
Look at the city any day,
It looks like a painting

Watercolour is shade,
The white to the foam of the sea,
To aqua to the blueberries,
To spindrift, ice, and sky.

Watercolour is the way of expressing yourself,
Through the strokes of the brush,
The way the colours shine,
In the warm, golden sun.

Watercolour is how people can express themselves,
They can let loose.
People use different colours that suit them,
They can be free.
